100th post! Yes’m.

This has been such a fun project and I’m glad that I’ve been able to keep it up in the midst of all the crazy in my life. I know it’s not quite the new year buttt good stuff is on the way in ’09 and I’m really excited about it. For one, I’ll finally have my apartment situation taken care of and will be ready to start classes at FIT. Also… thanks to my lovely parents, I’ll once again have a functioning camera. Great for me and super great for the blog!

And speaking of super great for the blog…. Today, I got an email from Suzanne at Weardrobe letting me know that Trendology is featured in the site’s front page “Explore” section. I am so thankful! And excited. I’ve read so much about Weardrobe on at lot of ya’lls blogs and I think this was the push I needed to join!

In case you haven’t heard of it, Weardrobe is a really amazing site that allows you to share your personal sense of style and create an online closet. It’s definitely worth checking out/signing up for.

This photo, shot by Miles Aldridge, is from Numéro #97 (Oct ’08) and features Masha Novoselova. It’s currently the background on my laptop. I can’t stop looking at it. The hair, the make-up, the nails, the dress…. yes please, I’ll take them all. I’ve been spending entirely too much time on that page and am clogging up my hard drive with saved copies of all of my favorites.

That’s all I’ve got time for right now- my parents are demanding my attention and I’ve got to get back to packing!
