Possible Upgrade: Forever 21
When it comes to Forever 21, I have extremely mixed feelings. I’ve tried to cut back on the amount of spending that I do in that store and I don’t really think I’ve bought anything from them since last May. Aside from my moral reservations about spending money there, I also find the stores to be overwhelming. Especially the one in Union Square!! You can barely move around in there and if you’re looking for something specific – good luck!
But today, when I was searching through their website trying to find a knit motorcycle jacket that I had seen featured in Lucky magazine, I couldn’t help but notice that the company seems to be stepping up their game- at least as far as their website design is concerned.
Forever 21 now has sections that help users recreate “street style” looks, which to me, means they’ve been paying attention to the blogosphere. I support them in their quest to shed their image as a fast fashion junk store. Now, let’s just hope that they’re treating their workers fairly or else it doesn’t matter how much easier it is to navigate their website.

I had no idea they had issues with mistreating thier workers! That makes me feel terrible.
neither did I! ALthough i must admit I love 21. That store is always a hot wreck with crap thrown everywhere, which makes finding a hidden gem all the more lovely.
