Earlier today, Joe Zee tweeted this picture of a tote bag from Moschino Cheap & Chic. The text on the bag read “Fashion is full of chic”. I lol’d out loud and then spent the rest of my day (which was full of work and classes) wondering what the rest of the collection looks like.  I wasn’t disappointed in the least! There were plenty of playful pieces for me to oooooh and aaaaah over. I particuarly loved the dress below but am disappointed that Style.com didn’t have any detail shots – I want a better look at the trim because I can already feel a DIY project coming on.

It was faily obvious that the collection was inspired by the 1960s, a fact that I found interesting because another favorite of mine, Anna Sui, also referenced the decade. I think, at some point when I’m not so terribly overworked, I’ll make an effort to learn more about 60s fashion.
